Are Non Genuine (also known as Generic) cartridges as reliable as Genuine?
The question you need to ask yourself first is - If this cartridge does not work in my machine can I afford the downtime?
It can take a day or so to arrange a replacement. If you only have one printer in the office and it is critical that it works all of the time then maybe you should consider sticking with Genuine cartridges. If the machine is not that important or you have another printer that you can use in the event of any trouble then Non Genuine are worth a try.
In the event of a problem the savings on a Non Genuine can far out-weigh the costs of a Genuine cartridge. Non Genuine cartridges are manufactured to perform and print just as good as a Genuine cartridge. But we like to be honest and upfront right from the start. Expect a problem at some stage with a Non Genuine cartridge.
In saying that, we have customers who have never had a faulty Non Genuine cartridge and we have had others that have had several. We simply don't know until you purchase and take it out of the box and try it in your printer. As we are a reputable company and have been around for 35 years, we are not in the business of selling rubbish. It not only costs us money it costs us "bad will" with you, our customer.
We are in the business of keeping you happy - not making you unhappy.
Our return rate is around 1%. We will always credit, exchange or refund you for a faulty cartridge. Even up to 12 months from the date of purchase. If you do get a faulty cartridge, don't simply throw it out and write us off. Pickup the phone or email us so we know there is a problem and fix it. Every company and product experiences a problem at some stage. The measure of a good company is how they deal with that problem. You will always find exceptional after sales support from us.
As it costs us money to replace a faulty cartridge it is important that we sell the best quality cartridge right form the start.
