Terms & Conditions – The Cartridge Warehouse (New Zealand)

In these Terms & Conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Cartridge Warehouse New Zealand.

By accessing this website or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Website Use & Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Pricing

  • All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

  • Prices may change without notice

  • If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund

  • Descriptions may contain errors or omissions

  • Images are for illustrative purposes only

  • Colours, packaging, and specifications may vary

We reserve the right to correct errors once identified.

Orders & Availability

  • All orders are subject to product availability

  • Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline an order within 7 days

  • If no response is provided within 7 days, the order is deemed accepted

Orders may be declined due to stock availability or operational reasons.

Payment & Security

When placing an order, you may be required to provide personal and payment information.
While we take reasonable steps to protect this data, you acknowledge that no transmission is entirely risk-free and we are not liable for misuse caused by transmission errors, malware, or unauthorised access.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be accepted at our discretion.
If an order cannot be cancelled, this applies even if acceptance of the order is still pending.

Delivery, Title & Risk

  • Ownership of goods transfers once payment is received

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once goods are dispatched

Order Cancellation Due to Error

If a product is listed incorrectly due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
Any payments received will be refunded in full.

Returns & Exchanges

If a product is faulty or damaged, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

  • Faulty items must be reported before return

  • Undamaged goods may be exchanged (not refunded) if returned unused within 14 days, subject to approval

  • Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility
