Freight Information – The Cartridge Warehouse (New Zealand)

At The Cartridge Warehouse, freight is built around speed, efficiency, and value.
We use a combination of courier services depending on your location, with the majority of orders shipped via reliable nationwide couriers.

Standard Freight (New Zealand)

For most orders, standard freight is the fastest and most cost-effective way to receive your cartridges.

Flat-rate shipping: $8.50 NZD nationwide
Order cut-off: Orders placed by 3:00pm are typically dispatched the same business day
Delivery: Next business day delivery in many metropolitan areas (location dependent)

If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave a card or contact you to arrange re-delivery. You may also:

Request authority to leave (at your own risk), or
Have the parcel delivered to a workplace address

Express Freight

Express courier services may be available in selected locations.

Delivery windows can include:

Same-day delivery
Timed courier services (location dependent)

Availability and pricing vary based on location and order size.

Important:
Orders must be placed by 3:00pm to allow sufficient processing time prior to courier collection.

Overseas Orders

We can arrange international shipping on request.

All overseas orders must be arranged before placing an order online
Freight is quoted individually based on destination and items
Orders may be shipped to an international address or to a New Zealand forwarding service

Payment for Overseas Orders

For overseas shipments:

Payment is accepted via direct bank transfer only
Orders are dispatched once cleared funds are received
Online card payments submitted without prior arrangement will not be processed
