Yes.
We sell genuine (OEM) cartridges, clearly identified on our website.
We also sell compatible and re-manufactured cartridges, which offer significant cost savings while meeting strict quality and performance standards. The primary difference you will notice is the price.
What does OEM mean?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer.
OEM cartridges are produced by the same companies that manufacture printers, such as HP, Canon, Brother, Epson, Lexmark, and others. These cartridges are typically branded with the manufacturer’s name, even if produced at an authorised facility.
We stock a full range of OEM cartridges at competitive prices.
What are compatible cartridges?
Compatible cartridges are newly manufactured cartridges designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications.
They:
-
Are fully compatible with your printer
-
Use all-new components
-
Offer significant savings compared to OEM cartridges
What are re-manufactured cartridges?
Re-manufactured cartridges are original OEM cartridges that have been professionally:
-
Disassembled and cleaned
-
Fitted with replacement parts
-
Refilled with ink or toner
-
Fully tested and sealed for resale
They are designed to perform to the same standard as the original cartridge.
What is an ink refill kit?
An ink refill kit contains ink, syringes, clips, and instructions to refill empty ink cartridges.
This is generally the lowest-cost option for extending cartridge life, however it requires care and may not be suitable for all users.
Will using compatible or re-manufactured cartridges void my printer warranty?
No.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, printer manufacturers cannot void your printer warranty simply because you use compatible, re-manufactured, or refilled cartridges.
Independent testing and manufacturer guidance confirm that warranty coverage remains intact.
